WHAT can be returned?
All items purchased can be returned for any reason, but items must be UNUSED, UNOPENED, and UNINSTALLED. Returned items must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the item being received. If not postmarked within 2 weeks a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Items that are SALE/RUN OUT, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM WHEEL SETS, CUSTOM BIKES, and COMPLETE BIKES that have been unboxed WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless there is a manufacturers fault.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returned items must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the item being received. If not postmarked within 2 weeks a 10% restocking fee will apply

HOW do customers return items?
To return an item, you must contact us through your account and once the item has been approved by us you can send it to the address above
SHIPPING for returns?
Freight cost for returns is the consumers' responsibility.
There will be no refunds on freight unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent.
CREDIT for returns?
Refunds will be paid back into the account by which you have paid within 48hours of the product being received.
It may take up to 72hrs to show in a customer's account.
NO REFUNDS will be made until the item has been delivered to BB CYCLES
