WHAT can be returned?
All items purchased can be returned for any reason, but items must be UNUSED, UNOPENDED, and UNINSTALLED. Returned items must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the item being recieved. If not postmarked within 2 weeks a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Items that are SALE/RUN OUT, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM WHEEL SETS, CUSTOM BIKES and COMPLETE BIKES that have been inboxed WILL NOT BE REFINDED unless there is a manufacturers fault.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?

HOW do customers return items?
To return an item, you must contact us through your account and once the item has been approved to by us you can send it to the address above
SHIPPING for returns?
Freight cost for returns is the consumers reponsibility.
There will be no refinds on freight unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent.
CREDIT for returns?
Refinds will be paid back into the account by which you have paid within 48hours on the product being receicved.
It may take up to 72hrs to show in a customers account.
NO REFUNDS will be made until the item has been delivered to BB CYCLES
